We build the instruments that catch what fails.
Mertronics designs, prototypes, and manufactures precision electronics test equipment — the benches, rigs, and analyzers engineering teams trust to find a fault before it ships.
A small shop, built for exact answers.
Mertronics, LLC is an electronics engineering company organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. We design, prototype, and manufacture test equipment used to validate the performance and reliability of electronic products before they leave the factory floor.
Every instrument we ship is built to the same standard we'd want on our own bench: calibrated, documented, and repeatable. We work directly with engineering teams — from a single prototype fixture to a production test rig running three shifts.
We keep the company small and the schedule tight on purpose. It's the reason a client can call the person who designed their rig, not a call center.

Instruments built for one job: telling the truth.
Every unit below is designed and assembled in-house and can be configured to a client's test plan.

A bench-top analyzer for verifying signal integrity on production boards, with dual-channel capture and automated pass/fail thresholds.
- Bandwidth200 MHz
- Channels2, isolated
- Sample rate1 GS/s
Bench Calibration Rig
A reference-grade rig for calibrating field instruments against a traceable standard, built for high daily throughput.

Define the test
We start with what needs to be measured and what a pass looks like, not with a parts list.
Design & simulate
Schematics and enclosure design happen in parallel, checked against the client's tolerances.
Prototype & verify
A working unit is built and run against known-good references before anything is duplicated.
Manufacture
Units are assembled, calibrated, and documented in Bellingham before they leave the shop.
Talk to the people who build it.
Send a test plan, a failing board, or a rough sketch of what you need to measure. We'll tell you plainly whether we're the right shop for it.
